Hilltop Healthcare & Rehabilitation is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in Altoona, PA!

We're looking for dependable and compassionate CNAs to join our supportive nursing team. New graduate CNAs are welcome, and qualified candidates may be able to start as early as next week.

• 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

• 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

• 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

• 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

• Per Diem

• 8-hour and 12-hour shifts available

• $2,500 Sign-On Bonus for eligible employees

• Attendance Bonus:
  Earn an additional $2/hour when you work all scheduled shifts during a pay period with no call-outs

• Shift Differentials up to $2/hour

• Referral Bonus:
  Earn $1 for every hour your referral works during their first year

As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Hilltop Healthcare & Rehabilitation, you'll provide hands-on care and support that helps our residents maintain their dignity, comfort and quality of life.

You'll work closely with nurses and other members of the healthcare team to provide safe, person-centered care.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care, grooming, meals and mobility.

• Provide compassionate, person-centered care based on each resident's needs and care plan.

• Assist residents with transfers, positioning and ambulation.

• Observe residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team.

• Support nurses and other members of the healthcare team.

• Maintain a clean, safe and respectful environment for residents.

• Protect resident privacy, dignity and confidentiality.

• Follow facility policies and established care procedures.

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.

• Dependable and compassionate approach to resident care.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Strong communication skills.
