This role is responsible for managing complex architectural installation projects, with direct accountability for schedule, cost control, vendor coordination, and customer satisfaction from project award through closeout and invoicing.

What you'll be doing:- Promotes quality principles and improvement throughout the organization
- Sets QA compliance objectives and ensures that targets are achieved
- Assesses the product specifications of the company and its suppliers, and compares with customer requirements
- Partner with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers
- Establishes QA standards and effectively communicates the standards to staff
- Define, implement, and maintain quality procedures and documentation.
- Identifies relevant quality-related training needs and delivers training
- Ensures tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated, and product modifications are fully vetted
- Writes technical reports
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to formulate and agree upon comprehensive quality procedures
- Analyze performance metrics and recommend process improvements to enhance product quality and compliance.
- B.S. degree in Engineering or Applied Sciences.
- 0-5 years of direct quality or engineering experience.
- Proficiency in both classical and numerical methods for solving analytical challenges.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience with 5S Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement programs.
- ERP system experience (preferred).
- Green Belt Six Sigma certification (preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and contribute to a positive team environment.
