Lead Team Member

Sheetz is seeking a Lead Team Member to guide store teams in delivering fast, friendly service in our 24/7 retail and food service environment. In this role, you'll lead by example on the sales floor, at the register, and in the kitchen, ensuring every guest enjoys a clean, safe, and welcoming experience. You'll support shift operations, including cash handling, inventory checks, food safety, and opening/closing procedures, while coaching and training team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store team members during shifts to deliver friendly, efficient service
• Ensure outstanding customer experiences at the register, food service, and sales floor
• Oversee cash handling, inventory, and store opening/closing procedures
• Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and merchandising standards
• Assist with scheduling, training, and onboarding of new team members
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
• Support daily sales goals and promotional programs
• Communicate clearly with management on store performance and needs
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all company policies
