Health Insurance Agent

American Insurance Marketing Group, is seeking a Health Insurance Agent to serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through their health insurance options and helping them enroll in Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, prescription drug, and individual health plans. You will build strong relationships with clients by assessing their healthcare needs, reviewing medications, provider preferences, and coverage goals, and recommending solutions that best fit their circumstances.

In this role, you will identify clients' insurance needs and recommend products and coverage solutions that best align with their healthcare and financial goals. You will proactively follow up with prospects and existing clients to answer questions, provide guidance, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the enrollment process. Success in this position requires meeting established sales goals and performance objectives while developing new business opportunities through networking, community involvement, and referral partnerships.

You will maintain accurate and compliant client records in accordance with company procedures and CMS regulations and stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and cross‑selling opportunities to better serve clients and drive business growth.

• Experience selling Medicare products as a licensed insurance agent
• Active Pennsylvania Health & Life Producer License
• Completion of annual Medicare certifications, including AHIP and applicable carrier certifications
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong relationship‑building and networking skills with referral partners and clients

• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficient with technology and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and One Drive
• Ability to manage multiple client cases while maintaining accuracy and compliance
• Flexibility to work varying hours and travel as needed
