Event Security Supervisor

BEST Crowd Management, a Garda World company, seeks an Event Security Supervisor to lead security teams at stadiums, arenas, and major events. You'll coordinate staff deployment, monitor access points, ensure compliance with safety and venue policies, and respond to incidents with professionalism. This role trains and mentors security personnel, supports crowd flow and guest services, and partners with venue leadership to maintain a safe, positive environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct event security staff during events at venues and stadiums
• Coordinate staff deployment, post assignments, and shift changes based on event needs
• Monitor access control points and enforce venue security and safety policies
• Support safe crowd flow, entry screening, and guest service initiatives
• Respond to and document incidents, escalating to venue or law enforcement as needed
• Train, coach, and mentor security personnel on procedures and customer service standards
• Communicate via radio and reports with venue management and operations teams
• Ensure compliance with emergency response and evacuation procedures
