What a typical day looks likeYou’ll start earning $14.50/hr while you learn the ropes. Transitioning to a full-time bus driver raises your pay to $18.75/hr, with incentives on your first paycheck after meeting pre‑employment requirements and a licensure bonus after 60 days as a full‑time driver. The agency pays for comprehensive CDL training covering classroom instruction and hands‑on road training, culminating in a DOT drug test and practical skills testing.
