Job Summary
The Warehouse Loader is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including loading trucks, repackaging products, inventory support, and maintaining a clean and organized facility. This role ensures products are handled, rotated, and loaded accurately in accordance with operational standards. The position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety guidelines, and the ability to perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Load trucks in compliance with established distribution and safety standards.

• Verify that trucks are loaded accurately according to order requirements.

• Rotate product in trucks and within the warehouse based on expiration dates.

• Clean and repackage products in accordance with operational guidelines.

• Dispose of damaged or out-of-code product upon approval from management.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness by removing trash, sweeping floors daily, and operating floor cleaning equipment as needed.

• Follow all safety procedures when working around moving equipment and mechanical parts.

Job Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.

• Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.

• Ability to use hands for handling and reaching, and effectively communicate verbally.

• Ability to walk and sit frequently, and occasionally stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds.

• Visual ability to maintain close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

• Ability to work in an environment with moderate noise levels and exposure to moving mechanical parts and outdoor weather conditions.
