- Office Reception: answer and screens incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner; routes and takes messages as appropriate
- Conduct tours with prospective tenants and families
- Coordinate employee schedule, maintains staff chronological records, in-service records, new hire trainings, and interview process
- Complete assigned employee performance reviews
- Train and Coach employees to achieve desired performance.
- Completes disciplinary action as needed
- Assist with resident referral and assessment process
- Able to demonstrate flexibility by working the floor to provide caregiving essential functions for our residents when needed.
- Basic bookkeeping (receipts and disbursements, petty cash reconciliation, tenant accounts)
- Set up resident information in EHR
- Order supplies for nursing, housekeeping, dietary, office
- Code invoices
- Maintain weekly census, unit availability reporting
- Clerical duties
- Organization of resident chart at admission and following discharge
- Has access to and maintenance of confidential information and records
- Coordinate and process biweekly payroll
- Project a positive image of the organization in dealing with tenants, family, co-workers, MCO’s and public
- Participate in on-call rotation for staffing emergency’s as needed and determined by facility Administrator
- Frequent twisting, occasional bending, frequently reaches at, above, or below shoulder height
- Frequently lifts and carries 5 pounds, occasionally pushes/pulls office equipment weighing up to 25 pounds within the office area
- 85% of work day is spent sitting, 10% walking, 5% standing
- Adapts to frequent interruptions/changing situations and traffic flow
- Must be able to positively communicate orally and/or in writing with residents, co-workers, families and the public
- Follows/adheres to organization, federal, and state regulations and guidelines, including Resident/Client rights
- Maintains neat, well-groomed appearance, adhering to dress code of organization/program
