Eau Claire Golf & Country Club is pleased to offer a seasonal, part-time opportunity for a Guest Services Attendant in the Bag Room. This role supports the golf operations team by assisting members and guests and contributing to a welcoming and well-organized golf environment.

We are currently hiring, with anticipated start dates between mid-April and mid-May based on seasonal scheduling.

Compensation: $7.75 per hour + Tips

Assists members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Works closely with the golf operations team to support daily service needs.

Learns and follows Club policies and procedures with guidance from supervisors.

Completes assigned tasks based on daily priorities and instructions.

Maintains a neat and professional appearance.

Assists with preparing golf carts and equipment for member and guest use.

Supports general cleanliness and organization of cart, bag, and practice areas.

Helps maintain driving range and short-game areas based on scheduled needs.

Communicates questions or concerns to supervisors when appropriate.

Performs additional duties as assigned.

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. to waist height.

Ability to bend, kneel, and stoop as needed during assigned tasks.

Ability to work in varying weather conditions.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Ability to use basic computer systems as required.

Ability to safely operate a golf cart.

Normal vision and hearing required.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team.

Basic communication and customer service skills.

Dependable availability during the golf season.
