Corporate - Maintenance Technician

• Perform minor maintenance and repair tasks throughout the facility, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and equipment upkeep.
• Assist with room/apartment turnover, drywall repairs, touch‑ups, appliances, painting, general cleaning, and preparation for new residents.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in common areas, storage rooms, and facility grounds.
• Assist in moving furniture, supplies, and equipment as needed.
• Provide assistance and backup to transportation department as needed when emergencies arise.
• Maintain building grounds, maintenance functions including landscaping projects, bed maintenance, light shrub pruning, and tree care.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a positive, home‑like environment for residents.
• Follow all safety, infection control, and company policies and procedures.
• Routine maintenance and inspections of facility safety equipment along with documents and records.
• All other assigned duties by Plant Operations Director.

• Reliable transportation to get to and from all of our facilities.
• Valid driver’s license.
