A leading manufacturer is seeking Welder Trainees to learn welding skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a paid training program lasting 6 weeks, where trainees will be trained by Certified Welding Instructors. Upon completion, trainees will be promoted to Welder 1 with a pay increase. The role requires no prior experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
