The Maison des Mirabelliers - Lexy

An associative EHPAD welcoming 90 residents, offering a secure, caring, and green living environment. The establishment supports dependent elderly people, some of whom suffer from cognitive disorders, promoting autonomy and quality of care.

We are recruiting a Nurse on a permanent contract.

Your missions:

• Perform technical nursing care and ensure their traceability
• Evaluate the health status of residents and adapt care accordingly
• Participate in the development and follow-up of individualized care plans
• Coordinate interventions with the nursing team and health professionals
• Supervise and support nursing assistants in their daily practice
• Ensure the transmission and guarantee the continuity of care
• Contribute to the well-being, safety, and quality of life of residents
