- Transportation Specialist, you'll provide safe transportation and day-to-day support to individuals receiving services in our residential programs.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys building positive relationships, helping others access essential services, and contributing to a supportive team environment.
Due to contractual reasons, we are accepting only male applicants.
What You'll DoAs part of our residential services team, you will:
- Safely transport residents to appointments, meetings, treatment services, and community activities
- Assist residents with accessing program services and maintaining daily schedules
- Help maintain program vehicles, including coordinating routine maintenance, cleaning, and inspections
- Perform housekeeping and facility support duties as needed
- Organize and distribute clothing, bedding, and other supplies
- Assist individuals with limited mobility, including those who use wheelchairs
- Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all residents
- Support the agency's mission, values, and commitment to person-centered care
Successful candidates will:
- Have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record
- Meet LSS driving and auto insurance requirements
- Demonstrate compassion, patience, and professionalism
- Communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
- Be dependable, organized, and able to work independently
- Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team

ScheduleMonday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM No evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts.
RequirementsEmployment is contingent upon successfully completing all required background checks, caregiver checks, medical screenings, motor vehicle record reviews, and other program-specific requirements.
