Customer Service Representative

Essential duties & responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

Work Hours are Mon, Tues, Wed and Fri from 8am to 4pm, Thurs from 8am to 5pm, Sat rotation 8am to 12pmDeliver exceptional customer service to all current and potential customers of the Bank Work closely with customers handling personal transactions including deposits, cashing checks, exchanging currency, issuing cashier checks & travel money cards

Maintain and balance cash in drawer on a daily basis

Resolve and respond to customer issues and refer to other departments as necessary

Ensure compliance with all bank regulatory policies and procedures

Perform other relating functions such as scanning and verifying

May be assigned other job-related duties as needed

Previous teller/cashier experience a plus Excellent customer service skills

Maintain confidentiality

Strong work ethic and high integrity

Basic computer skills and ability to learn bank programs and balance teller cash drawer

Ability to communicate verbally and in writing

Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Must have obtain either high school diploma or GED
