• Current Special Education teaching certification
• Experience teaching at the elementary or middle school levels preferred
• Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and case management
• Skilled in adapting curriculum and differentiating instruction to meet diverse learning needs
• Strong communication abilities for collaborating with students, families, and staff

• Develop and implement individualized education plans in accordance with regulatory guidelines
• Deliver specially designed instruction to support students academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth
• Utilize data-driven instructional methods to monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed
• Partner with paraprofessionals within the classroom to foster inclusive learning and maximize student support
• Engage in regular communication and collaboration with general education teachers, therapists, and administrators
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activities
