Role:
Schedules and performs logistics pertaining to flight and maintenance training for a single airplane model.
Participates in product/process changes (impact and alternative analysis, documentation, etc.) via defined change management processes.
Assists in forecasting optimal training schedules based upon strategic plans.
Assists with rescheduling efforts. Supports the development of reports and analyses regarding training.

- Makes customers and their needs a primary focus of one's actions
- Skill and ability to: collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources.
- Knowledge of techniques to help identify a customer's organization, capabilities, practices, support resources, preferences, problems, and other constraints in order to provide effective product support and technical issue resolution.
