Position: CHAPLAIN'S ASSISTANT (O/A)

Duties

Help

  • Manages funding, purchasing, contracting, manpower, and facilities in order to directly and indirectly support the HC mission.
  • Manage teams and assess capabilities to execute the community care mission. Coordinate with senior Religious Support Team to develop an annual needs assessment for the annual ministry plan, to determine lines of effort, funding, and manpower.
  • Attends weekly staff meetings. Is welcome but not required to participate in HC Readiness training and team-building events. Organizes, trains, develops, and evaluates Chaplain Corps and resource personnel.
  • Collaborate with associated installation helping agencies. Delivers approaches, services, activities, and events via gap analysis (needs assessment) to meet group needs.
