The Librarian supports all configuration and data management activities for C17 Training Systems (TS). This role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and organization of the complete technical data package, including CAE generated documentation, databases, vendor software and hardware documentation, Air Force aircraft technical publications, and Air Force procedural documentation. The Librarian manages the team responsible for compiling, delivering, and maintaining all C17 TS Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs), contractor records, courseware baselines, hardware and software baselines, and visual database documentation.

The role also supports secure cloud environments, cybersecurity compliance, documentation control processes, and configuration management best practices.

• Maintain the integrity of released program documentation including internal documents, databases, vendor manuals, and Air Force publications.
