RN Opening | Patient-Focused Primary Care Team

Salary: $35 - $50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing support within outpatient clinic settings
• Support patient triage, education, and care coordination
• Administer medications, injections, and clinical treatments as needed
• Assist providers with examinations and procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and EMR documentation
• Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to support quality patient care
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate updates appropriately
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and protocols

• Active RN license required
• Prior outpatient, primary care, family practice, or clinic experience preferred
• Strong patient communication and assessment skills
• EMR/EHR experience preferred
• Ability to multitask within a fast‑paced clinical environment
• Strong organizational and teamwork abilities
