Job Overview
Supports retail operations by engaging customers and facilitating their technology and service needs in a fast‑paced environment. Requires proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized solutions and consistent use of digital tools to showcase network coverage and service benefits. Success is measured by the ability to build customer relationships, complete training, and contribute to a seamless customer experience.
Job Responsibilities- Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs.
- Utilize digital tools consistently to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions.
- Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support.
- Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands‑on demonstrations of technology and accessories.
- Perform additional duties or projects assigned by business management as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED (Required).
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred).

Pay and IncentivesHourly base pay: $18.00 plus $5.00 per hour during training. Within the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive on‑the‑job training and training pay. After training, promotion to Mobile Expert grants eligibility for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year (actual incentives vary by performance and full‑time status). All employees are guaranteed at least $20/hour inclusive of base and incentives.
