We are seeking skilled Aircraft Mechanics to join a dynamic repair station environment supporting a wide variety of aircraft component repairs. This is a hands-on, non-production role that requires versatility, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to perform multiple repair techniques across different structures and materials.
This position places a strong emphasis on composite repair experience, making it a critical requirement for success in the role. Candidates with backgrounds in airframe, structural, and composite repairs within aviation maintenance or repair station environments are highly encouraged to apply. An FAA A&P license is preferred, but not required.
Key Responsibilities- Perform maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft components in a repair station environment
- Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble components to meet regulatory and quality standards
- Perform composite repairs and work with a variety of materials and repair techniques including riveting, bonding, sanding, and metal forming
- Utilize standard and specialized aviation tools including drills, sanders, rivet guns, and other repair equipment
- Interpret technical manuals, work orders, engineering drawings, and repair documentation
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with FAA and company standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately
- Strong composite repair experience is required
- Experience in airframe, structural, and aircraft component repair environments
- FAA A&P Certification or License preferred, but not required
- Background in regional aviation or Part 145 repair station environments preferred
- Ability to perform a wide range of mechanical and structural repair tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have a basic personal tool kit
