We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Supply Chain Business Process Analyst to support special projects, reporting initiatives, business process improvement, and an SAP S/4
HANA transition. This role will work closely with supply chain stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to analyze data, improve business processes, support implementation activities, and ensure long‑term process sustainability.
The ideal candidate will have strong Excel and data analysis skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in a supply chain or ERP environment. This is a 100% onsite role with the potential for contract extension and full‑time conversion based on performance.
Key Responsibilities- Support the creation, implementation, and sustainment of Supply Chain business processes.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and develop business cases.
- Assist with business process design, development, documentation, and implementation.
- Support SAP S/4
HANA transition and other special projects. - Assist with deployment planning, training, change management, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Create, maintain, and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
- Track and analyze performance metrics and key performance indicators.
- Interpret data and provide insights to support business and operational decisions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders through phone, email, and in‑person meetings.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful process adoption.
- Monitor process performance and provide guidance to support long‑term process sustainability.
- Maintain organized documentation, project records, and process materials.
- Support additional Supply Chain initiatives and projects as assigned.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, email management, data analysis, and data interpretation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and task management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Supply Chain environment.
- Experience with SAP, SAP S/4
HANA, or other ERP systems. - Experience with business process improvement and process documentation.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting and data analytics tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Experience supporting system implementations, transitions, or transformation projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Technical, or related discipline preferred.
