ROLE SUMMARY/PURPOSE:

The Concrete Laborer supports Locke Solutions' production operations by performing hands-on fabrication and finishing of precast concrete products according to CAD drawings and project specifications. This role is responsible for ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and contributing to a clean and efficient work environment. The Concrete Laborer works closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals, using hand and power tools to complete tasks with precision and care.

A successful candidate demonstrates reliability, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Abide by Locke's safety policies and requirements to ensure a safe work environment ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures using the appropriate tools and equipment for the task.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety.
• Read and follow CAD production drawings accurately to meet project specifications.
• Follow directions from supervisors and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Utilize both hand and power tools to perform fabrication and finishing tasks.
• Flexibility to work required shifts and weekends as necessary to meet production demands.
• Work in a non-air-conditioned warehouse/ outside environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in precast concrete fabrication or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret CAD production drawings accurately.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and materials weighing up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, to accommodate production schedules.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
