Now Hiring – Precast Patcher / Cleaner
We are looking for a dependable Precast Patcher/Cleaner to join our team! This position is responsible for repairing, detailing, and cleaning precast concrete products before they are staged in the yard or shipped out.
Pay: $18-$22
Schedule:
Monday – Saturday
Hours:
6:00 AM – 5:00 PM Overtime Required
Patch surface imperfections (chips, voids, honeycombing, bugholes, form marks) Grind, smooth, and match concrete textures and finishes Mix patch materials and apply finishes properly Clean products using grinders, wire brushes, air tools, and pressure washers Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience in concrete finishing, patching, or construction Ability to use hand and power tools safely Strong attention to detail Comfortable working indoors & outdoors in various weather Reliable with strong teamwork skills
