Frontpoint Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care on a PRN/Per Visit basis in Alvarado, Texas. The RN will manage case responsibilities, perform comprehensive assessments, and ensure continuity of care while maintaining patient confidentiality according to HIPAA laws.
Qualified candidates must have a current Texas RN license, at least 2 years of home health experience, and current CPR certification. Reliable transportation and EMR experience are also required.
