Role

As a Quality Manager, you play a critical role in ensuring the products we send out into the world meet our high standards - and yours. You will:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the facility's Quality Management System.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Lead internal and external audits and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Oversee inspection, testing, and quality control processes across production operations.
  • Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage nonconformance investigations and ensure timely resolution.
  • Partner with production, engineering, supply chain, and customer service teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Root Cause Analysis.
  • Manage and mentor quality staff, including inspectors, technicians, and quality engineers.
  • Interface with customers and suppliers regarding quality concerns, audits, and improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain documentation, procedures, and records in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of quality management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001 or other relevant industry standards.
  • Experience with quality tools including SPC, FMEA, CAPA, and root cause analysis.
  • Proven leadership experience managing quality teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset with a "can-do" attitude.
