New Wave Global is looking for a full-time Quality Manager in ALVARADO, TX! You'll drive innovation, oversee operations, and shape the future of our production facility.

As a Quality Manager, you play a critical role in ensuring the products we send out into the world meet our high standards - and yours. You will:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the facility's Quality Management System.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Lead internal and external audits and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Oversee inspection, testing, and quality control processes across production operations.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage nonconformance investigations and ensure timely resolution.
- Partner with production, engineering, supply chain, and customer service teams to resolve quality issues.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Manage and mentor quality staff, including inspectors, technicians, and quality engineers.
- Interface with customers and suppliers regarding quality concerns, audits, and improvement initiatives.
- Maintain documentation, procedures, and records in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
- A degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of quality management experience.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001 or other relevant industry standards.
- Experience with quality tools including SPC, FMEA, CAPA, and root cause analysis.
- Proven leadership experience managing quality teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Proactive and adaptable mindset with a "can-do" attitude.
