Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pizza, beverages, and promotional materials to customers by car within the assigned delivery area.
• Navigate streets, multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites efficiently and safely.
• Verify addresses and use navigation tools to locate delivery locations.
• Provide courteous customer service, answer questions, and process orders both in person and over the phone.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions.

Daily Duties (Store Team Member Responsibilities):

• Operate all equipment, including ovens, refrigerators, and payment devices.
• Stock ingredients, prepare product, and maintain inventory.
• Receive and process telephone orders, including taking accurate written instructions.
• Clean equipment and the facility daily.
• Perform basic math for orders and monetary transactions.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Requirements:

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle suitable for deliveries.
• Strong navigational skills and ability to read maps and use GPS.
• Capacity to carry and transport cases up to 50 lbs and manage multiple items during delivery.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
• Basic math skills for adding, subtracting, multiplying, and making change.
• Motor coordination and manual dexterity for precise movements.
• Ability to enter orders accurately on a computer or touch screen.

Physical Demands:

• Stand, walk, and sit for extended periods during shifts.
• Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Use hands continuously for cooking, packaging, and operating equipment.
• Navigate stairs and climb ladders as required for maintenance tasks.
• Push and pull heavy trays or equipment on dollies.

Work Conditions:

• Exposure to varying weather conditions while delivering.
• In‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F in the cooler to above 90°F in work areas.
• Potential exposure to fumes, dust, and hot surfaces up to 500°F.

Driving Specific Duties:

• Drive the delivery vehicle safely and legally at all times.
• Deliver multiple orders per shift, often navigating five or more flights of stairs.
• Carry pizzas and beverages while walking or climbing between vehicle and customer.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers as part of promotional efforts.
