Waste Connections, Inc. in Alvin, Texas, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced call-center team. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with focus on resolving customer disputes and coordinating with other departments to ensure service accuracy and satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has 1+ year of customer service experience, proficiency with MS Word/Excel, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle high-volume calls. Bilingual pref.
