What You’ll Do & Bring

As a Dental Office Manager
, you’ll lead front office operations for dental services, ensuring exceptional patient experience, strong schedules, and efficient clinic performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily front desk operations and supervise Dental Patient Service Specialists (DPSS)
  • Optimize provider schedules, patient flow, and appointment confirmation processes
  • Monitor and achieve KPIs including production, collections, patient experience, and schedule utilization
  • Ensure accurate registration, insurance verification, referrals, and payment processing
  • Verify treatment plans, consents, and lab cases are completed and documented timely
  • Manage scheduling to reduce no-shows and improve patient retention
  • Train, coach, and mentor front office staff while providing performance feedback
  • Resolve escalated patient concerns and ensure service excellence
  • Collaborate across departments to support whole-person care and service integration
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and organizational policies
  • Maintain office operations including supplies, cleanliness, and overall clinic presentation
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance access, efficiency, and patient satisfaction

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of front office experience in a dental setting (management experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of dental terminology, insurance, and scheduling workflows
  • Proven leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with a patient-first mindset
  • Commitment to quality care, accountability, and service excellence
