Primary Purpose
To lead in the development and implementation of Alvin ISD's curriculum, build campus instructional coaches' capacity, and serve as a leader for assigned content area.
Qualifications- Master's Degree preferred
- Valid Texas teaching certification for assigned content area and level
- Possess deep knowledge and understanding of assigned content area
- Communicate and demonstrate research-based instructional practices
- Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build instructional capacity to support student achievement in content area
- Ability to develop and deliver training to adult learners
- 2+ years of Literacy Instructional Coach experience required
- 5+ years of classroom experience
- Leadership Experience
- Providing Professional Learning
- Curriculum Writing
- Expertise in Pre-Kindergarten 3rd Grade Literacy
Salary: AP PG 4/ 225 Days
Starting: $74,327
