Qualifications- Education/Certification: Master’s degree. Texas mid-management or Principal certificate. Certified appraiser in Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS). Valid Texas teaching certification.

Thorough understanding of school administrative operations. Strong communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills. - Experience: Three years of experience as a classroom teacher.
