PRIMARY PURPOSEResponsible for providing instruction, managing the classroom environment, and promoting student leaning in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.
QUALIFICATIONSA minimum of 60 college hours from an accredited college
POSITIONSubstitute Paraprofessional
PRIMARY PURPOSEA substitute paraprofessional clerical is responsible for assisting the campus staff in performing a wide variety of clerical duties in the absence of the regular clerk.
QUALIFICATIONSHigh School Diploma or GED; and
Two years of study at an institution of higher education totaling 48 hours, or Associate's Degree, or
Passing score on the "Paraprofessional Assessment of Competencies" exam, to be administered by Alvin ISD
