Process Safety Deployment Leader – $130,000–$160,000 – Alvin, TX About the job
A leadership role responsible for deploying process safety programs across a site, collaborating with ESSH and manufacturing teams to identify safety scenarios, implement controls, and measure metrics for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities- Lead process safety program deployment within the site through partnership with ESSH and manufacturing teams.
- Facilitate processes to ensure process safety scenarios are identified and effective controls are in place.
- Implement measurement and metrics programs.
- 10 years of PSM experience in a chemical or oil and gas manufacturing plant.
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (chemical or mechanical preferred).
- Experience in a risk‑based process safety approach as identified by CCPS.
Competitive pay ($130,000–$160,000/year).
