Your Responsibilities- Lead & Inspire:
Supervise, train, and support front desk teams. - Streamline Access:
Oversee scheduling, registration, and patient communications. - Solve & Improve:
Tackle issues, boost service quality, and drive continuous improvement. - Collaborate Across Care:
Connect patients to medical, dental, behavioral, and pharmacy services. - Champion Data & Tech:
Promote patient portal use and ensure accurate documentation.
- Clerical or front office experience in medical or dental facilities.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a big plus!
- Clear communicator & problem solver.
