INEOS Olefins & Polymers USA. The Chocolate Bayou Works site is located in southeastern Texas about 40 miles south of Houston and consists of two olefin units and two polypropylene units, with additional storage and transfer facilities.
Responsibilities Accountability 1: SHE StewardshipAccountable for understanding and putting into practice the INEOS
20 Principles, cascading these principles through the team, leading work group compliance with CBW SHE policies, promoting safe behaviors, conducting safety meetings, reporting incidents, and performing monthly housekeeping inspections.
Leadership
Lead daily team reviews, coordinate repair and PM activities, support planning meetings, recognize performance, coach, coordinate external contractors, schedule personnel, manage site manpower, oversee training, and ensure adherence to ISO‑9002 and ISO‑14001.
Accountability 3:Technical
Possess working familiarity with I/E equipment and instrumentation, review repairable reports, coordinate job packages and reliability improvements, support shutdown job plans, expedite equipment needs, and provide process improvements.
Qualifications- Education:
High school diploma or GED equivalent;
Associates Degree in I/E or related field preferred. - Experience:
Minimum of 5years in chemical, refining or industrial manufacturing; 7plus years of practical maintenance experience preferred; current I/E Working Team Leader or equivalent experience at Chocolate Bayou works is preferred.
