Pride Staff - - Responsibilities:
Execute preventative maintenance on production line equipment including fillers, cappers, labelers, conveyors, case packers, and auxiliary systems;
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics and testing equipment;
Perform line changeovers and setup for different product runs and packaging formats;
Utilize diagnostic tools and PLC I/O cards to diagnose faults on automated systems;
Ensure maintenance activities comply with cGMP, OSHA safety regulations, and SOPs
