Location: Rosharon, TX

Pay: $15/hr

Schedule: Rotating – changes every 15 days

We are hiring QA Testers for our client in the manufacturing industry. Candidates must have a High School Diploma, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Tester to join our team at a leading manufacturing facility. The QA Tester will ensure that product meet all safety, durability, and quality standards through hands‑on product testing, inspections, and documentation. This role is critical in maintaining compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct visual and functional inspections of product during and after production.
  • Perform quality tests such as tensile strength, puncture resistance, tear resistance, thickness, and elasticity.
  • Document test results and maintain accurate quality records.
  • Identify defects or non‑conformities and communicate findings to production and quality teams.
  • Work closely with production staff to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Verify compliance with customer specifications, OSHA, and ISO quality standards.
  • Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives within the facility.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Quality, Manufacturing, or related field preferred).
  • Experience in quality assurance or testing within a manufacturing environment, preferably.
  • Familiarity with quality testing equipment and inspection tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized testing procedures.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment.
Work Environment
  • Manufacturing and laboratory setting with exposure to raw materials, production machinery, and testing equipment.
  • Requires standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
