E.J. Reynolds Company, a leader in precision machining and custom manufacturing, is looking for a highly skilled CNC Programmer to join our growing team. • CNC Programming — Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs for mills to ensure efficiency, quality, and repeatability.
• Machining Support — Assist machinists with program interpretation, setups, troubleshooting, and machining best practices.
• Production Scheduling — Collaborate with the Shop Manager to support job scheduling and workflow priorities.
• Data & ERP Management — Maintain accurate job information in Global Shop, including program revisions, material data, and router updates.
• Quoting Support — Assist with job quoting by analyzing machining time, tooling needs, and process steps.
• Quality & Vendor Coordination — Ensure machining steps meet customer specs and coordinate with vendors, tooling, and purchasing teams.

• 6+ years CNC programming experience
• 10+ years experience with cutting tools
• Strong knowledge of milling, turning, grinding, and machining techniques
• Ability to program using commercial CAM software
• Ability to read complex engineering drawings, DXF/DWG files, and blueprints
• Experience with ERP systems (Global Shop a plus)
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to lift 30lbs and stand for extended periods
• Willingness to work early/late shifts, weekends, or overtime when needed
