National Sales Representative

We’re Hiring. Alvin, TX (Houston Area). In-Person. OTE: $100K+ (Uncapped Earning Potential). Car Package:
Monthly allowance.

We’re looking for a relationship-driven sales professional who knows how to grow accounts and hunt for new business.

This role is a strong mix of:

• 75% Account Management (build, retain, expand)
• 25% New Business Development (identify, pursue, close)

If you’re someone who doesn’t just take orders—but creates opportunities—this is for you.

• Manage and grow an existing book of business
• Develop new accounts across a national territory
• Build long-term client relationships
• Sell custom print solutions (labels, signage, wraps, and more)
• Partner with internal teams to deliver high-quality results
• Own your pipeline and consistently hit revenue goals

• 3-5+ years of sales experience (printing is a plus, not required)
• Proven ability to close deals and grow accounts
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-starter mindset - you know how to own your day
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, small business environment

• Base: $45K
• Commission: 1.5% on existing accounts
• Commission: 4% on new business
• Monthly car allowance
• Bonus opportunities based on performance
