Overview
Assist the Energy department in diagnosing, repairing, troubleshooting and responding to the utility needs of district facilities.
Qualifications- Education/Certification: High School Diploma or GED
- License: Texas Driver’s License (Must meet eligibility requirements for AISD motor vehicle insurance)
- Skills — Special Knowledge/
Skills:
Working knowledge of electrical, air conditioning and plumbing - Ability to operate hand and power tools
- Ability to follow verbal and written instruction in English
- Knowledge of basic construction and routine maintenance and repair procedures
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of technical training or hands on experience in facilities and building automations.
Salary: AUX PG5/261 days
Starting: $17.95 hourly;
Mid-point starting: $21.40 hourly
