Lead from the Front—work directly on the job site every day, executing installations, troubleshooting, and repairs right alongside your crew.
  • Irrigation Installation:
Lay out, trench, pipe, and zone full residential and light commercial irrigation systems.
  • Drainage Solutions:
Evaluate property grading issues and install advanced drainage systems (French drains, catch basins, channel drains) to resolve complex water problems.
  • Landscape Integration:
Use landscaping knowledge to ensure all installs integrate perfectly with existing turf, plants, and hardscape, minimizing property disruption.
  • Project Profitability & Financial Accountability:
Manage crew's daily hours, eliminate idle time, and optimize field routing to keep labor costs within budget.
  • Material & Waste Management:
Accurately estimate parts required for each project, manage stock on your truck, and minimize waste to protect job gross margins.
  • Profitable Upselling:
Identify and propose out‑of‑scope drainage repairs or smart‑system upgrades to clients on‑site to generate high‑margin revenue.
  • Receipt & Tool Stewardship:
Ensure team tools are maintained to avoid costly replacements.
  • Team Building & Mentorship:
Help interview, hire, and select the junior technicians, teach proper mechanical techniques, trenching safety, and efficient work habits by demonstrating them live on the job.

Minimum of 5‑7 years of hands‑on field experience in irrigation installation, repair, and drainage systems.
  • Landscaping Knowledge:
Strong understanding of landscape layouts, plant/turf care, and soil types is not required but a major plus.

  • Attitude:
    High‑energy, positive, and completely customer‑obsessed.
  • Licensing:
