Lords University is looking for a dynamic, student-centric  Head of Admissions  to lead and scale our admissions strategy across UG, PG, and professional programs.
This is a leadership role for someone who understands both  education and growth  — someone who can convert intent into enrolments while building systems, teams, and trust.

Key Responsibilities   Lead the end-to-end admissions lifecycle: outreach, counselling, conversion, and enrolment
Design and execute admissions strategies aligned with institutional growth goals
Manage and mentor the admissions and counselling teams
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Academic, and Outreach teams
Track leads, conversions, funnels, and performance metrics
Build strong relationships with schools, coaching institutes, and partners
Ensure a seamless, ethical, and student-first admissions experience

What We’re Looking For   3-6 years of experience in admissions, education sales.
Strong leadership and team-management skills
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding enrolment targets
Excellent communication, counselling, and stakeholder-management skills

Experience with CRM systems and data-driven decision making
Prior experience in a university or higher-education setup is a strong plus
