Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial information. This role oversees multiple transactional functions and plays a key role in delivering reliable financial reporting, supporting close cycles, and partnering with leadership on financial insights.

Primary Duties

• Lead core accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and inventory-related accounting.
• Review and support the completion of bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of accounting professionals while reinforcing compliance with internal policies and accounting guidelines.
• Prepare, analyze, and review monthly financial statements, account reconciliations, and internal reporting packages.
• Ensure the general ledger is well maintained, with transactions properly recorded and supported.
• Own month-end and year-end close timelines and coordinate audit-related requests with external partners.
• Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, automation, and internal controls.
• Provide financial data and analysis to support leadership decision-making and operational planning.
