Summer Internship – Accounting, Payroll

Responsibilities

• Support payroll processing through accurate data entry, validation, and reconciliation activities
• Assist with administrative tasks including record maintenance, reporting, and documentation
• Apply basic math and problem‑solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Collaborate with cross‑functional office teams and support coverage across work areas as needed
• Adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines

• Incoming junior, senior, or graduate student with at least one semester remaining
• Preferred majors:
  Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous work experience preferred; exposure to office, payroll, or administrative functions is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) required
• Basic knowledge of financial or payroll systems (SAP exposure is a plus)
• Strong data entry accuracy, numerical aptitude, and attention to detail
