Fronk Oil Co Inc is looking for a detail-oriented Petroleum Billing Clerk to join our team in Amarillo, TX! In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping our billing operations running smoothly in the fast-paced petroleum industry. If you're organized, accurate, and ready to grow with a trusted company, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:- Process and generate accurate invoices for petroleum product deliveries and transactions
- Reconcile billing statements, purchase orders, and delivery tickets
- Maintain and update customer account records in billing systems
- Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, and customers to resolve billing discrepancies
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances
- Ensure compliance with petroleum industry billing regulations and company policies
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in accounting or business preferred
- Prior billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable experience preferred
- Experience in the petroleum, fuel distribution, or energy industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and billing/accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and high degree of numerical accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments
