Responsibilities
  • Receive callers and visitors, determine nature of business, and direct them to the correct destination.
  • Respond to general administrative and clerical support requests.
  • Answer and place telephone calls, operate the company switchboard, and notify appropriate parties of arriving calls, customers, or visitors.
  • Provide entry‑level administrative support including typing, filing, copying, and coordinating calendars.
  • Greet customers, vendors, job applicants, and other visitors in a courteous, friendly, and timely manner.
  • Sort and route mail, correspondence, packages, and messages for timely delivery to the appropriate party.
  • Direct issues or problems to appropriate parties for resolution.
  • Coordinate meetings and organize catering.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Role Specific Knowledge
  • Ability to read, write, and perform simple math.
  • Entry level; no experience required.
  • Minimal computer skills necessary to complete tasks.
  • Knowledge of phone systems and phone etiquette.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal directives and work with people of all levels.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Responsible with good initiative.
Education, Licensure, and Experience
  • Completion of a High School diploma.
  • Minimum of 0–2 years of experience in clerical administration, including experience with phone/professional etiquette.

Job Type: Full‑time; must be willing to rotate Saturdays.
