Gig Bench is sourcing a Project Manager/Administrator to support day-to-day project management operations for an immediate opportunity in the Austin/Martindale area. This role starts remote with an expected transition to onsite once a lease is finalized.
Contract / Freelance
Responsibilities:- Manage PMIS platforms and ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate and track RFIs, submittals, and project reporting
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational needs of the project team
- Maintain documentation and reporting standards
- Experience with PMIS tools (e.g., Procore, e-Builder, or similar)
- Strong organizational and documentation skills in an AEC environment
- Ability to transition to onsite work in the Austin/Martindale area within approximately one month
