We're seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant to join Full Smile Management! The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values organization and confidentiality, and is eager to gain hands‑on experience supporting a dynamic HR department.
As a key support partner to our HR team, this role plays an important part in ensuring smooth and efficient day‑to‑day operations.
Responsibilities- Providing administrative and clerical support to the HR team
- Maintaining and organizing employee records and documentation
- Assisting with onboarding, paperwork, and general HR processes
- Handling sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality
- Supporting communication efforts and internal coordination
- Assisting with special projects and other administrative tasks as needed
Your work helps create a well‑organized, responsive, and supportive HR function that allows our teams to thrive.
Full-time | Monday - Thursday 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Friday 8:00AM - 12:00PM
Required Qualifications- High school diploma or GED
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Previous administrative or Human Resources experience is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and office software
- Positive, team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
