• Advance sales growth in retail stores.
• Offer expert advice to discover ways to add extra value for customers and deliver an effortless sales experience.
• Build and maintain customer relationships, providing excellent service.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide technical support.
• Process orders accurately and coordinate timely product delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock in the store.
• Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics.
• Nurture customer relationships and address inquiries to provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain store operations and support merchandising efforts.
• Support, guide, and develop direct reports in alignment with organizational policies and applicable laws.
• Travel to the plant location to collaborate with and support the Distribution Manager and drivers.

• At least 2 years of demonstrated management or leadership experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and occasionally up to 125 lbs. with aid of material handling equipment.
• Valid employment authorization in the U.S. and no requirement for visa sponsorship.
• Ability to operate a forklift and become certified.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• 3+ years’ experience in the welding or safety industry.
• 5+ years’ experience in sales with proven success.
• 1 year experience with SAP and Power BI.
• 2 years of experience in sales and/or distribution or similar industrial products.
