The Branch Manager is responsible for advancing sales growth in retail stores, offering expert advice to discover ways to add extra value for customers, and delivering an effortless sales experience in retail stores.

• Build and maintain customer relationships, providing excellent service.
• Assist customers with product selection and technical support.
• Process orders accurately and coordinate timely product delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock in the store.
• Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics.
• Nurture customer relationships and build alignment when addressing inquiries to provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain store operations and support merchandising efforts.
• Support, guide, and develop direct reports in alignment with organizational policies and applicable laws.
• Will travel to the plant location to collaborate with and support the Distribution Manager and drivers there.

• At least 2 years of prior demonstrated management or leadership experience in a customer‑facing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and occasionally up to 125 lbs. with the aid of material handling equipment.
• Candidates must have valid employment authorization in the U.S. and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future. This position is not open for non‑immigrant visa sponsorship.
• Ability to operate a forklift and become certified.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).

• 3+ years experience in the welding or safety industry.
• 5+ years experience in sales with proven success.
• 1 year experience with SAP and Power BI.
• 2 years of experience in sales and/or distribution or similar industrial products.
